Why Performance Psychology?

Why Nature?

A portion of this training is taught through a nature-centered lens.

Living in New York City, I began consciously connecting with nature to better manage stress and train my mind to be more aware, clear and strong.

My link to nature started to make a big difference in my daily life and helped guide me through high stress and challenging situations to a place of resilience. I know it can do the same for you.
